The Estuary at Shell Point

The Shell Point Estuary Community Building was designed to keep with the “Old Florida” style architecture. Exterior features included a multiple pitched metal roof, dormers both front and back, lap siding, a full front porch to sit and watch the sunset, and plenty of glass to let the light inside. Inside, the main community area had a stone fireplace, stained wood beams, open timber trusses, and a stained wood ceiling. The Community Building had full bath facilities for both activities within the center and for those using the pool. The pool area included a cut coral style paver deck, plenty of area for lounging in the sun, and a spa surrounded by a wood deck. Off the back of the Community Building was the pedestrian bridge that spans the lake allowing quick access to the building for residents. The bridge was lighted with rope LED lighting and is constructed of Brazilian Walnut (IPE).
